Additions

• Added PlayerExclusiveItemHelper, along with a new command, to allow for items to be specified as player-exclusive.
  • Player-exclusive items cannot be used by anyone who has not been explicitly whitelisted for said item.
    • They can still be dropped by anyone, but not picked up unless whitelisted.
    • You can temporarily whitelist an item to a player by casting their PlayerEntity to ExclusiveItemHolder, or do so permanently with the PlayerExclusiveItemsPersistentState.
      • Both methods can be reversed by server operators. And that is intentional.
