Cinch's Better Deepslate

Changes:

• Added sculk inlaid deepslate block, which is a combination of sculk and chiseled deepslate. This block has an animated texture and drops experience when broken without silk touch.
• Removed deepslate and blackstone tools and moved them to a separate mod called Cinch's Tool Variants.
• Made the top texture of the deepslate wall the actual top texture of deepslate to match other deepslate blocks.
• Added Polish translation (Thanks to kierohere!)
• Fixed creative mode tab name.
• Significant code cleanup, as well many small tweaks and fixes.
• Added mod icon to mod file.

Notes:

I want to add custom sound effects for sculk inlaid deepslate, but the way I want to do it will take a while and I don't want to delay this update any longer, so those custom sounds will come in a future update. For now the block will just use the deepslate bricks sounds.
