Chronicled Umbrellas 2.0.0: The Visuals Update!

Umbrellas now have open and closed states.

• Umbrellas start closed and open upon holding right click.
• Closed: the umbrellas have no effects.
• Open: The umbrellas slow the player's fall as before.
• Umbrellas play distinct sounds when opening and closing.

Backend Code Cleanup (Adding comments and reordering all references to the umbrellas to match order)
