Chroma Tools & Utilities

The June update expands Chroma across every aspect of the mod. It introduces new pets, the most unique Crystal Relicts yet, and another piece of Chromatic Armor, all in a single release. Welcome to Version 3.4.0!

Entities

This update introduces two new pets.

Reaper

The Reaper is the second underwater pet, featuring a unique ability. Inspired by the Reaper Leviathan, it relentlessly hunts enemies beneath the surface. Once it locks onto a target, it grows in size and crushes its prey with its powerful jaws. However, be warned, the Reaper is ineffective on land.

• Health: 40
• Attack Damage: 8
• Grab Damage: 12
• Scale: between 4.75 - 9.5 (depends on enemy size)

Traubina

Traubine is an air pet that poses a serious threat to enemies. As a mutated bee, it stings its target and amplifies all damage dealt to that entity.

• Multiplication: Damage x3

Armor

Another piece of the Corrupted Armor set has been added. The Corrupted Leggings provide the same enhancements as the previously introduced helmet and boots.

Crystal Relicts

This update introduces three new Crystal Relicts, ranging from entirely new mechanics to impressive visual highlights.

Spiky Staff

The Spiky Staff fires a cactus like projectile that splits into several smaller projectiles after traveling a short distance. With enough practice, it can be used to hit enemies from extreme range.

Drill

The Drill slams into the ground with tremendous force, creating a massive shockwave that damages and knocks back all nearby enemies in a 360 degree radius.

Poisonous Bottle

The Poisonous Bottle throws a flask filled with poison at its target, creating a lingering area of effect that damages enemies over time. To make aiming easier, the landing position of the bottle is displayed before it is thrown.
