The May update brings another fresh wave of content to Chroma, introducing several new additions such as two new pets, Corrupted Armor, and a new Crystal Relict. A number of quality of life improvements have also been included with this release.

This update introduces two new pets, while another existing pet has received a complete overhaul:

Spell Tower

The Spell Tower is a stationary pet capable of throwing potions. These can either provide helpful potion effects or defend a base by damaging hostile mobs and other players.

The Guardian is defined by its extreme destructive power, making it pretty strong but also highly dangerous. Even to its own user.

Medoh has also received a major overhaul, featuring a new item model, improved AI, and refined animations.

This update also introduces several new items:

Corrupted Armor

The Corrupted tool class has now received its first armor pieces. The helmet and leggings can now be upgraded into Corrupted Armor.

• Durability: +4% (compared to Celestial)
• Toughness: +10% (compared to Celestial)
• Knockback Resistance: +8% (compared to Celestial)

Void Arrow

The Void Arrow is a new type of arrow with a unique ability. Upon hitting its target, the entity is defeated instantly, regardless of its health or armor. However, no experience or loot will be dropped.

QoL

• The Corruption theme has been removed as the main menu background music.
