Adds a whole bunch of useful rendering utilities for your mods!

Features include:

• Chroma particles: Additive particles that are super simple to make.
• Screenshake: Shakes your camera with a Vec3 for its source.
• [Experimental] Lens Flare: Attack lens flares to certain positions in your world
• [Experimental] Post Effects: Easily add or remove post effects at runtime.

• More Shader support, such as core shaders and RenderLayer helpers.
• GUI Utilities, such as custom draw calls.
