Chocobo Knights of the Crafting Table

Built for NeoForge Version: 21.11.13-beta

Original Port to new minecraft version.
Made Seeds, Nuts, Greens, and Peppers compostable.
Made Cactuar Needles and Cactuar Needle Cushion both throwable and do damage.
MiniMako Reactor can smelt mod items back into their ingots. You can get a reactor from fishing treasure for now. And Wandering Trader has them available.
MiniMako Reactor has a chance to generate Summon Bits. Summon Bits is for use in future versions of the mod. If there is no space for summon bits, the bits will just not be generated, it will not stop the energy from generating.
MiniMako Reactor has access to all slots from top and sides. Bottom only gives access to outputs. Hopper wll only remove output items.
Throwing Needles and Needle Cushion how works and has a setable damage amount.
Updated the Villager Point of interest to be any Huge Materia for the merchant (use too be only Huge Blue Materia)
Updated the Villager Point of interest to be any Chocobo nest for Billy (use to be Carobs Crate).
Gear all has working durability now.
Creepers now avoid Carbuncles. Or at least are supposed to.
All Mobs can have their scale modify over time, like other stats. Slight difference, not normal odds, increase and decrease have a 50/50.

There maybe a few graphical issues with entity menus, and simular things, they 100% do not effect the game play, just something odd.
We determined the few visual quirks, were acceptable in the original 1.21.11 release.

Some of the mobs(cactuar, tonberry) have an issue with attacking. This is an issue that will be patched as soon as possible. (This already caused almost a month delay)
Found out during the release of this version that stats might not be set correctly.
