Chiseled

Further neverending fixes and changes to the Chisel (and maybe some other things i don't remember):

• The Chisel now interacts with most blocks and drops (something) when interacted with certain ones, although the amounts may be a little broken.
• Any blocks that take 9 items to craft just drop all 9 items so that you don't have to use a crafting table.
• Reduces Chisel cooldown, may have implemented custom sounds, i don't recall.
• Chisel may be extremely laggy, unfortunately, since the file for it contains 560 lines of code (due to having massive lists which it has to read through but unfortunately i don't think there's a good way to optimize it, I do need feedback though idk if i should just outwrite prevent it from causing the lag by removing it or if it's just worth it because its' functionality is so high quality apart from the lag)
