World generations

• Nether has no ceiling now
• The End is flat (0.5+)
• Shipwreck spawn on mountains (0.6+)

Others

• Emerald, Iron, Gold, Diamond and Netherite Blocks can be transform into mud (0.7+)
• Beacons use Netherite Ingots, Nether Star, Diamond, Ender Eyes and Wither Roses as payment (0.7+)
• Withers can be summon with dirt base blocks, soul soils or bedrocks (0.7+)
