Changes and Fixes!

Minimum version of the Forge Loader: 47.3.12

I got a lot of the Things that were Exclusive to Fabric to Work! The Fishing Loot Table Fish/Junk/Treasue still don't Work.

• Added the Abiltiy to break the same Blocks of the Axe faster to the Saw Eater;
• Fixed the Potted Bromeliad Loot Table and Added the Potted Eden Sapling;
• Changed how the Loot Tables Work, so now they look more like the Fabric Version;
• Fixed the Pallis Shield, that wasn't Working;
• Changed the Essence Paxel Model Size in the Hand;
• Changed the Area Effects of the Following Weapons to be Able to Affect Shulkers:

1. Veigar's Frog Dikanza;
2. Erak's Battleaxe;
3. Norr' Forr's Hammer;
4. Pallis' Shield;
5. Veigar's Sai;
6. Sylveria's Staff;
7. Veigar's Staff.

• Added Durability and/or Repairability with Essence to the Following Weapons:

1. The Grimoires;
2. Carson's Cannon;
3. Belaios' Wand;
4. The Staffs;
5. Pallis' Shield.

• Added the Cannonball Dispenser Behavior.
