Mainly a balance update

• Fixed turtle mounts
• Added zombie drops to phantoms, like creepers
• Reduced chance of extra baby zombies from 1 in 6 to 1 in 40.
• Increased probability of low-yield/short-fuse creepers
• Doubled probability of generals spawning, which should still be rare
• Increased chances of chicken jockeys
• Increased chances for spider mounts
• Increased chances for mobs to equip a totem of undying as their main weapon
• Phantoms may now spawn during new moons with fly-in hordes
• Reduced chance of mobs gaining the speed effect
