- fixed kayla shark not having water breath passive
- fixed luminarctic crystals and attack passive to giving the player a "out o bounds" value of freeze ticks
- Added a new /accessory command
- Allow the user to set/get accessories for entity or entities
- has a feedback limit of 20, if more than that it will just not tell the user (this change is for a context of "apply for every entity, when using @e or etc.)
