• Paint your own skin pixel by pixel with brush, fill, spray, eraser, eyedropper, texture stamp, lighten, and darken tools
• Import any player's skin by username or load a PNG from disk
• Six poses: stand, crouch, crawl, sit, sleep, ball
• Paint droplet particles with adjustable count and speed
• Full hide-and-seek game: roles, phases, spawns, timers, and a host panel
• Operator controls: set spawns, assign roles, start/stop rounds via /chameleon or the in-game GUI
• Fair-play: hitboxes disabled (F3+B), hider shadows removed, nametags hidden, interactive blocks locked during a round
• Spectator mode for caught hiders with cycle-to-next-hider hotkey
• Game settings and spawns saved to config/chameleon-game.json
