Removed Mouse Tweaks due to it being bannable on some servers. Added new performance mods, and added some new mods, also introduced new performance settings.

Without shaders, my FPS increased from 300–400 to 400–500, and with shaders I get around 10–20 more FPS than before. (In older versions of celestial performance it was 300-400 now I have 400-500)
