sorry about the last two versions
- fixed terrible bug i shipped alongside my changes to WF's "Old Caves" which caused caves to be chopped through the vertical axis at chunk boundaries
- removed useless connector caves
- softened surface entrance pitch bias for walkable cave slopes
- fixed some bugs in the testing pipeline bash script
