Catify

First release for Fabric 1.21.9 - 1.21.10 (at the time of publishing). Check project description for more information.

Notes for this release:

• Fixed "Charged" invisibility mode not working in inventory
• Due to difficulties of accessing Entities and RenderStates in 1.21.9+ this may potentially have issues, but it seems to be fine from my testing. Report bugs if you find any. Notes: issues have a bigger chance of appearing with a lot of mods, but overall it seems to be fine.
