What is changed?

Change version number from previous to 0.8.0

➕Add:

• Expose blockstateProps and itemProps in RenderContext for extension.

🔧Fix:

• delete debug print extension
• Add temporary DebugPropsExtension to verify blockstateProps/itemProps exposure (Test Plan 2)

❗❗❗Deprecated:

• Remove MixinTessellator: zero-vertex guard no longer needed since vanilla backend is now the sole path
