Change version number from previous to 0.7.0-hotfix

• Hot Update rollback: default world rendering back to vanilla TextureMap backend. Add experimental catAtlasBackend config switch (default off); feed data-driven atlas collection into vanilla TextureMap via registerIcon at Pre stage; reroute BLOCK_WORLD to flushInline when switch is off; make TextureSlots.findIcon backend-aware accepting vanilla IIcon; gate TexturesStitch stitch/registerDefinedSprites by switch; add Post-stage diagnostic comparing registered keys vs mapUploadedSprites; rename CatStitcher/CatStitchException to TextureStitcher/TextureStitchException; bump version to 0.7.0-hotfix. CatAtlas remains dormant and switchable back.
