Fixed bugs:

1. we fixed the commands output to not be confusing
2. fixed that after mixing ingredients 3 times, it will be jotted and after that it won't be random

Added stuff:

1. added more ingredients(forgot what they were lol! Well you figure it out)
2. added colors to the command output to make it less confusing

What is still not added:

we still didn't add the journal, yet
