Cat Amulets
Adds an amulet which you can give to cats, which will give you an extra heart for every cat with an amulet around you, and also more amulets to extend the powers

- rebranded the datapack as Cat Amulets
- reworked how the extra hp works - now only gives it to their owners, not all players around
- Added dimensional link amulet
- as long as the cat sits on a charged respawn anchor, it will give the extra hp regardless of distance
- Added a new advancement
