Create: Cars deco

Adds 3 blocks for creating cars (for example with VS+trackwork) !hood

this mod uses the copycats system so you can give any texture to the blocks.

blocks:

• horizontal hatch: like vanilla hatch, only horizontal and animated, can be used for a door

• hood (consists of "hood base" and "hood"): to make the hood the shape you want, place "hood base" and "hood" behind it, and click on "hood base"

• connectable hatch: is a regular hatch with the function of opening simultaneously (prototype of a hood)
