UI scrolling and material autocomplete update

- Replaced material/task page arrows with mouse-wheel scrolling.
- Flipped material controls so remove appears before add.
- Added item ID suggestions for material requests using the synced item registry.
- Improved the material suggestion list layout so item IDs are easier to read.
