Camouflage and Vehicle Attachment Refresh

This update refreshes camouflage, solid-color armor, and vehicle attachments while improving visual authenticity, survival usability, and performance on lower-end systems.

• Reworked the regular and large desert splinter, desert brush, winter whitewash, snow gray-white digital, urban digital, and urban gray splinter families, including the missing large urban gray splinter variant.
• Refreshed the coastal blue and ocean blue naval camouflage families.
• Added fourteen low-saturation military solid-color armor blocks with metallic surfaces, survival recipes, Create mixing recipes, and correct drops.
• Spray stencils are now reusable for 64 crafting uses, with coverage reviewed against the current camouflage catalog.
• Reworked the matte olive armor panel, slat armor, and five vehicle deck hatch colors; improved slat connections, slope presentation, and performance in large installations.
• Slat protection against CBC projectiles remains chance-based deflection and energy loss, not guaranteed interception.
• Improved attachment support on physicalized vehicle structures.
• Fixed solid-color armor blocks breaking without drops in survival mode and corrected related recipes and loot data.
