Roads and Roofs TFC

ATTENTION: This mod is now designed to be used in conjunction with the Block Runner mod, in order to take advantage of it's superior system for giving blocks speed bonuses. For your convenience, the mod can still be launched without Block Runner installed, and it will use the old block speed bonus system, albeit with slight nerfs. However, the underlying problems of speed boosts while jumping on roads (and especially road slabs) is only fixable by installing Block Runner.
