Adds the unimplemented tracks from Volume Alpha and Beta where fitting

- Updated to 1.21.1
- Made Intro as common as the other disks added to end cities
- Eleven now requires a Nether Star instead of a Diamond to create, and the recipe is simpler
- Added advancements for finding the Death music disc, and for pulling off the skeleton+creeper trick
- Removed Loot Integrations requirement in favor of an mcreator plugin which does this innately
