Added new items: Fuse & Blasting Oil
Added the chopping block! It allows increasing head drop rates for mobs/players when one is suffocated in it in front of a saw block
Added chopping blocks and a hand crank generating in Jungle temples. Later on when the Dragon Vessel is added to BWT, it will also generate next to the hand crank
Changed the Dynamite recipe from BWT to require fuse and blasting oil
Changed the vanilla recipe for TNT to require a barrel, fuse and more gunpowder (no sand)
Fixed/removed the old texture for the top part of the hemp to only use the new textures that were added since BWT 2.0
Updated the mod to Fabric API 0.116.11, Fabric Loader 0.19.2 & BTWR: Shared Library 0.8.4
