Burn in the Sun

Changes

• Allow any configured mob to burn no matter if they are setup immune (Any custom immunity check will still render them immune)

• (Any custom immunity check will still render them immune)
This only patches the fire Immunity call, which seems to allow the sanity mobs to burn
But only if configured in either the mobs or mods section of the config
else it will not overwrite the result
As to not touch mob behavior, you don't want changed
Else, you would have burning blazes without them being configured to burn
