Changes:
- Updated basically all mods to the most recent version to run on 1.21.8.
- Changed the F1 boat resource pack from F1 2021 to F1 2025.
- Added Cool Rain and Architectury API.
- Removed e4mc because of incompatibility.
Known issues:
- Rendering issues with clouds from certain shaders and block edges on Nvidia cards when Anisotropic Filtering is enabled in the Nvidia driver.
