evil port v2 - fixed extended inventory open button not hiding when switching from the regular inventory tab

This is a quickly thrown together port of the latest 1.21.1 version to NeoForge because I wanted to use it with Create Aeronautics so I made this for myself. This port's quality is unknown and its use is discouraged.

This is almost completely untested, being basically the first state where I couldn't get it to crash or delete the extended inventory with a few minutes of use on its own or in my aeronautics modpack.

I give no promises that nothing will break nor that it will work with any mods you want. You have been warned.

The source code for this version will not be available unlike the normal and supported fabric version because I kinda just copy pasted the mod code onto a neoforge template to start this and I want to build airships now not figure out how to shove this onto a git branch.

Finally, make sure to check here regularly for at least a few days in case there are bugs that need fixing. If you encounter any bugs you may report them on github issues (PUT "NeoForge Evil Version" SOMEWHERE IN THE BUG TITLE) and I may fix them or I may not, please understand that I don't want to dedicate too much time to fixing this hacked together version unless it's critical.
