Made fasterOptionInteractions off by default as it breaks Optifine. Optifine users that installed 1.2.3 will need to manually change this option.

From 1.2.4 (git only release as Modrinth was down):

Added scaling damage options for poison and wither effects.

Added flat damage options to go with all scaling damage options for finely controlling overall threat scaling.

Fixed version token application.
