This data pack increases explosion strength, speed, and burn rate, reduces fall damage and fall distance, adds oxygen underwater, and modifies knockback on impact. It also adds a mechanic: at low health, a creeper moves faster, burns less, and can explode on its own. At low health, it explodes even faster and with greater force.
