Features:

• Added optional manual mode to Surveillance Cameras. It can be toggled using the jump key (default: Space). When manual mode is enabled, the camera will stop automatically spinning, and instead be controlled by the player.

Fixes:

• Removed deprecated "bear_trap.time" setting (it was not being used).
• Fixed the translation key for "bear trap cooldown" in settings.
