Added the following data/resource packs:

• Simple Radio Redone

• Cleaned up config\openloader folder
  • Deleting this folder before updating is recommended, but not mandatory
• Reduced Voicechat's range back to the default (96 -> 64)
• Spectators can now be voices in everyone's heads
• Radios now work across dimensions
• Boosted the Walkie Talkie's range:
  • Amplitude Modulation (AM) (900 -> 5000)
  • Frequency Modulation (FM) (500 -> 1000)
  • The Transceiver uses these values, doubled
• Modified Sound Physics settings to be overall less "muffled".
  • This may also slightly increase performance usage for Sound Physics
  • From now on, Sound Physics Remastered settings will be updated with the modpack
• Using the Transceiver or Walkie Talkie no longer slows you down
• Reduced weapons' initial swing cooldown (25% -> 12.5%)
• Increased speed while swinging (50% -> 90%)
• Tetra tools with Axe & Shovel Heads are no longer two-handed weapons
• The Primitive Club now does a single, forward-facing swing (Yabba-dabba-doo)
• Changed the sound for picking up Arrows in the inventory
• Disabled "CreateMon-v1.3.2 (Pokeballs)" Resource Pack by default
• Fixed some Resource packs being visible on the Resource Packs list
• Fixed REI groups completely not working
