Bubble Cobble Redux

Add Renuvium fluid. This ever-so slightly changing sludge has a tendency to turn into its surroundings. Most notably, when poured above Asurine, Crimsite, Ochrum, or Veridium, it turns into an exact copy of it.

It can be made by mixing all sorts of colorful stones in a Basin and turning up the heat to the max.

Add Simulate Mouse Wheel Up/Down keybinds, which by default are assigned to Page Up and Page Down, respectively. These keybinds allow you to scroll through pages in the recipe viewer without the mouse wheel, for example. Create's Schematics controls are accounted for, as well. They don't work for absolutely everything, but it is better than nothing

• Fertilizer in contact with Lava produces Veridium
• Increase nugget output from washing White/Orange Sand
• Potion effects displayed in the inventory have been moved to the right
  • This prevents the effects from overlapping with the Curios slots. They may now cover the recipe viewer on a small screen, but it is better than being unable to interact with your equipment.

• Fix too few nuggets from washing Crushed Copper Ore
• Fix Pokemon Costume & other packs not being in the modpack anymore? Like, what?
• Fix Cobblemon Raid Dens Creative Tab being visible and with only one item
• Fix Critters 'n' Crawlers mobs not being excluded from Pale Bog like mentioned last time
