Added a telescope/spyglass block that lets you zoom and turn around, which is placeable. Fixed a but with the wires rendering and wrench which fliped the rendering of the bottom's connections, where north should be south was, and south north, and east west and west east, but should be fixed now, was just a slight visual bug.
