Brx's Customizable Nextbot

Feat:

• Nextbots will now spawn nearby you when you have mined too many ores in a cave. Nextbots spawned this way will get Weakness V effect, and will die after 15 seconds.
• Nextbots now make sounds breaking blocks.
• Added a new nextbot Super Munci.
• Added gamerule nextbotMiningMoodinessRate, default 4. It defines how fast the nextbot spawns as you mine ores. Set it to 0 and no more naturally spawned nextbots.
• Added gamerule doNextbotBreakBlocks, default true. It defines whether nextbots break blocks.
• Added gamerule debugShowNextbotMiningMoodiness, default false. When set true you will be informed a value everytime you mine a block. When the value reaches 1, a nextbot will spawn nearby you.

新功能：

• Nextbot现在会在你在洞穴里挖太多矿物时生成。这样生成的Nextbot会有虚弱5效果，并且在15秒后死亡。
• Nextbot破坏方块现有声音。
• 添加了新Nextbot Super Munci.
• 添加了游戏规则 nextbotMiningMoodinessRate ，默认 4 . 这决定Nextbot会在你挖矿时生成的速度。设成0就不会有Nextbot生成了。
• 添加了游戏规则 doNextbotBreakBlocks ，默认 true . 这决定Nextbot是否会破坏方块。
• 添加了游戏规则 debugShowNextbotMiningMoodiness，默认 false. 设成true的话聊天栏里会在你破坏方块时显示一个值，达到1时生成Nextbot.
