Additions

• Added the "minivs%" spec, which randomly sets IVs to sum equal or greater to the value specified.

• Added the "eggcycles" spec which sets the number of cycles for the egg specified.

Fixes

• Fixed the "modfriendship" spec setting the friendship to the value specified, instead of adding.

• Fixed the "dynamax" spec failing to set the Dynamax level to the value specified.

• Fixes the "moddynamax" spec not adding the value specified.
