Broken Leveling

updated the mod to 1.21.1 and changed the mod loader to neoforge

because a high Agility stat makes the player get hungry faster, this update makes it so your hunger can't fall below 3 and a half hunger bars. this means you can technically just sprint forever now, though you still need to eat to passively regen, of course.
