Updated the datapack / mod to 1.21.11
Added 2 new recipes
- bamboo_block -> 9 bamboo
  - Due to this change, this project changes the recipe for bamboo planks. When using this project, you'll need to place bamboo_blocks in a 2x2 square to get 8 planks.
- snow_block -> 4 snowballs
Added 2 new advancements. Both advancements are granted after using recipes above.
