Overhauled CC to make it slightly less broken.

• Made computers harder to get
• Nuked Turtles (They looked at me funny)
• Also updated resource pack :D

Furniture is back with handcrafted!
Backpack mod has been changed
Colorwheel should help when using shaders
Removed the annoying KubeJS errors.
Nuked Essential (e4mc is back!)
Other config changes

Overall, I'm very happy with how this pack is turning out, and it's largely due to the amazing support I've been getting that keeps me motivated.
