A pledge-based bounty system that uses items rather than an economy plugin. It is designed for competitive SMPs and player interaction.

Complete overhaul. Bounties are now handled separately instead of by the target. Setting a bounty on an already killed target will make a new bounty. Each client is their own bounty instead of all being grouped into one.
