Added Player Locator Compass
- Right-click to open a selection GUI and lock onto any online player
- Displays player-specific tracking status (same dimension, different dimension, out of range, or jammed)
- Features 5 dynamic needle states:
  - Active (Green): Points directly to the target when in range.
  - Cross-Dimension (Orange): Points to the nearest portal/gateway to guide you to their dimension (requires Reach enchantment).
  - Out of Range (Yellow): Spins wildly when the target is too far away.
  - Jammed (Red): Spins wildly if the target uses a Jammer.
  - Idle: Spins randomly when no target is locked.
- Properly tracks player dummy coordinates when targets are actively spectating or using a Spyglass/Monitor
Added Glowing Armor Trims
- Applying the Observation Crystal as a trim material at a Smithing Table makes your armor trims glow in the dark
Added Observation Crystal Block
- Can be placed as decoration or mined (requires an Iron Pickaxe or better)
- Serves as compact storage for 9 Observation Crystals
Overhauled the Server Config menu
- Split the configuration screen into a paginated menu with Back and Next buttons to accommodate new settings
Replaced the old Bodycam Monitor with the new Observation Spyglass
- Features a custom 3D in hand model
- Added a new recipe diagonal pattern of Quartz, Green Wool, and an Observation Crystal
Added a new recipe for the Player Locator Compass
Audio & Translation Updates
- Added unique sound effects and subtitles for toggling the Jammer, Anonymizer, and Player Locator Compass
- Features custom high pitched Observation Crystal Block sound effects when stepped on, placed, or broken
- Balanced and reduced overall mod item sound volumes for a better gameplay experience
