• Plaster prioritizes compltely broken body parts -> Torso / Head -> Most damaged body part

• Added Dressing, if applied doubles the plasters healing

Bug fixes

• Fixed natural regeneration being enabled on already established servers. (You can disable this via config if you want to reenable natural regen)
