Bob's Neoserver mods

• Updated every mod.
• Removed Reeses sodium options as it requires sodium which is a client only mod.
• Added Create coasters simulated.
• Added Create sticky wheels.

I have also started uploading the modpack directly from the server, which means that it is much easier for me to update mods and upload them. So I have one mod folder now instead of two, but it sadly means that it no longer includes client sided performance mods. But that do add more possibilites for you guys to add what you want.
