Weight & Training

A small patch that makes sure that when you change the default scoreboard values they actually stay changed and don't reset on next reload.

Also I made it possible to change the training speed with:

/scoreboard players set #global training_threshold "your value"

Right now the default is 10. So if you put this to 20, for exemple, the training time will double.
