BMOTD (V2 Alpha outnow!)

Added:

New Command: /bmotd parse <text> – Test your MiniMessage and placeholders directly in the chat!

Icon System: Personalize your server list with custom 64x64 PNG icons (stored in the new /icons/ folder).

Updated MOTD Structure: Each MOTD can now have its own icon.
