Blurring

Optimized the motion blur renderer without changing the look or strength of the blur effects. The mod now does less unnecessary OpenGL work each frame, caches shader/framebuffer data, avoids unused depth copying for some blur modes, and skips extra work when Monkey Blur does not need to render. Also cleaned up unused files and old rendering code.
