• #BC2: Collars in your inventory dont get deactivated if you arent wearing a collar
• #BC3: Collars only work if theyre owned by the wearer
  • They now work if they are owned by the person using the Remote

• The AbstractCollar#rightClick and AbstractCollar#shiftRightClick functions now accept a ServerPlayer argument of the person wearing the collar

• The code running each tick when wearing a collar is now in a new function, AbstractCollar#tickPlayer, instead of a big if-else statement
• The owner component used before 1.2 (OWNER_OLD, "bluetooth_collars:owner") is now officially deprecated
  • Instead, use the new owner component (OWNER, "bluetooth_collars:owner_new")
