- Tie-Down Collar
- Can now be tied to 0, 0, 0
- Now teleports the player to the center of the block instead of a corner
- Now uses the Active component to determine whether it is tied-down or not
- Now uses the Active2 component to determine whether it is tied in a short leash or a long leash
