Shiny stars obtained from lower versions will no longer work.

Other than that the game will work fine.

• Fixed Shiny Stars having no cooldown, thus consuming the stars rapidly.
• Added Diminisher, which reverts the shiny status of a Pokemon.
• Added commands to give yourself the items.
